Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and surgeries
- Lead the cataract surgery department and maintain quality standards
- Participate in clinical research and academic activities
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards
Requirements:
- MD/MS in Ophthalmology from recognized institution
- 5+ years of experience in comprehensive ophthalmology
- Expertise in cataract surgery (Phacoemulsification)
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
